The Services are hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Legal Notice/Imprint), govern your access to and use of our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
To place orders or use certain features, you may be required to provide personal and payment information. You confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or assigned to third parties.
2. PRODUCTS & INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colours, textures and appearance may vary depending on device and screen settings.
Product descriptions, ingredients, packaging and availability may change from time to time.
Our products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. ORDERS & CONTRACT CONCLUSION
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase products from us.
A binding contract is concluded only when we expressly accept your order (e.g. by order or shipping confirmation).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons (including suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability). If payment has already been made, it will be refunded.
4. PRICES, TAXES & PAYMENT
All prices displayed are in euros (or local currency where applicable) and include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and any additional fees are clearly displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
Prices applicable are those shown at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payment must be completed before dispatch.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to countries shown during checkout, including the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss – EU/EEA consumers:
For consumers in the EU/EEA, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you or a person designated by you takes physical possession of the goods, unless you independently arranged a carrier not offered by us.
International shipments (UK, USA, Rest of World):
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance contracts.
Details on how to exercise this right, deadlines and consequences are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Hygiene and health protection exception:
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic or skincare products if the seal has been removed after delivery. Opened, used or unsealed products are therefore excluded from return.
For customers in the UK, USA and other non-EU/EEA countries, returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and any mandatory local consumer laws.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory warranty rights under applicable Austrian or EU consumer law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services (including text, images, graphics, logos, product names and design) is owned by or licensed to Solevia Skin Science and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation without prior written consent is prohibited.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that such content is lawful and not misleading.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content for operating, improving and marketing our Services, unless removal is required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including violating laws, infringing rights, submitting false information, transmitting malware or attempting to interfere with the security or functionality of the Services.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and personal injury where required by law.
For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damages.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
