1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This includes cosmetic and skincare products where the original seal has been opened or tampered with.

Returns are only accepted if:

the product is unused
unopened
in its original, intact packaging
