SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to customers within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.

Orders can only be delivered to the countries displayed during checkout.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed.

Any applicable shipping fees are borne by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.


DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • European Union: approximately 3–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: approximately 5–10 business days

  • United States: approximately 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

Shipping is carried out by selected third-party logistics providers. The choice of carrier is at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For deliveries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and the United States, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise.


RISK OF LOSS

For consumers within the European Union, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only when the goods are physically received by the customer or a person designated by the customer, unless the customer has independently arranged a carrier not offered by us.

For deliveries outside the EU, the transfer of risk occurs in accordance with applicable mandatory local law.


INCORRECT ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at soleviaskinscience@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) and provide your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage.

We will review the case and provide a solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
